I am a Spin and Pilates instructor, as well as a personal trainer. Outside of class, I like to put some of my spinning to the test, and enjoy competing in triathlons throughout the summer months.
As an instructor, my goal is to create an environment where anyone can come to workout, and leave feeling amazing. Although there will be hard work involved, it is always worth it for that feeling of accomplishment we get to enjoy afterwards. I hope for you to leave class sweaty, but with a smile on our face.
