I have been involved in the fitness industry for many years. However, the world of cycling, group fitness, and private one-on-one training is where I have really found my passion. I thrive on motivation. Motivating someone to achieve their very best, reach their goals, and push for new ones. I love all types of cycling, Road, Touring, Mountain, and Fat Bike. Each one has its own experience and enjoy each one. My short term goal for this year is to cycle Montreal to Quebec City in 1 day, and my long term goal is to Cross Canada!
My classes are challenging, but adaptive to everyone. They include challenging intervals, HIIT based methods and others!
