From a very young age, I battled with food addiction. After losing my mother at the age of 4, food became my one and only comfort. At 18, and 100 lbs. overweight, I decided that there had to be more to life than the unhealthy cycle I could not seem to break. I started by making healthier food choices, and cutting my meals in half. After 15 months I reached my goal with 100 lb. weight loss.
I joined a gym shortly after, and have not looked back in 22 years. Health and fitness have become my passion, both in and out of the studio. My goal is also to help others overcome their obstacles so they are able to become the very best version of themselves. I took a career path in the fitness industry 12 years ago and have been bringing my energy to my clients ever since.
I believe that if you work hard, you will crush your goals every single time. I believe we all have the strength within to reach our highest potential.
